In the spring of 2015, I purchased a Deck Rescue franchise servicing customers in the Lake and Geauga Counties of Northeast Ohio. My father (Dennis) and uncle (Jim) are real estate brokers and property managers with over 80 years of collective experience and a reputation for quality customer service, they have set a great example for me. From day one, my emphasis has been on customer service while earning the right for repeat and referral business. I am proud to say that my business has nearly doubled every year yet, six years later, my focus remains the same.
In 2020, I acquired another franchise while expanding my territory… servicing Ohio’s Lake, Geauga, Eastern Cuyahoga, Portage and Stark Counties. I now service an extensive geographic territory throughout Northeast Ohio.
I am very excited to announce further expansion into the great state of Georgia! In cooperation with Dave Hydock, Franchisor/President/Founder of Deck Rescue (dating back to 1995), I have acquired the franchise rights covering the Northern Georgia area. I am in the process of opening a base in Forsyth County, Georgia and will initiate Deck Rescue services on or about October 15, 2021. I have close friends that reside in Northern Georgia and I have visited this area several times. I love the region and the friendly people. Looking forward to establishing and cultivating mutually beneficial, working relationships!
